US Department of Education funding to State Education Agencies (SEAs) which in turn provide funds to the Local Education Agencies (LEAs) or school districts.

> Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) – Assistive Technology Supports the implementation of assistive technology for individuals of all ages with disabilities.
> Special Education Studies and Evaluation Supports studies and assessments of early intervention services and public education to children with disabilities.
> Investing in Innovation Supports local agencies and non-profits in implementing programs to improve student achievement, closing achievement gaps, decreasing dropout rates, increasing graduation rates, increasing college enrollment and completion rates.
> Demonstration and Training Programs Supports activities that increase rehabilitation services under Section 303. These activities can include literacy demonstrations, Braille Training and technical support.
> School Improvement Grants (SIG) State Educational Agency grants to Local Educational Agencies for training achievement in lowest performing schools.
