Windesheim University of Applied Sciences added the ReadSpeaker listen button to its learning environment, and would advise every university to do the same.

Adding TTS to the LMS is a no-brainer. If I were to advise other universities, I would say add it campus-wide and give all your students the option to use the ReadSpeaker listen button. It is a powerful tool for everyone.
